Echelon Realty Advisors was founded in 2006 as a collaborative and experienced commercial real estate advisory company by Ron Foster, CCIM, SIOR and Scott Lindenberg, CCIM. Both Principals established their brokerage careers by diligently and professionally advising clients and fostering relationships for over twenty-five (25) years prior to the inception of Echelon. Shortly thereafter in 2008 Echelon added its third partner Jason Challand, who established his brokerage career over a decade earlier and brings complimentary brokerage and development experience. Echelon evolved out of the Principal’s desire for their company to advocate an unmatched level of service, professionalism, integrity, experience and to cultivate client focused relationships. We’re not just brokers we’re client focused advisors that leverage unmatched collaborative experience and intellectual capital. Echelon team members each average in excess of 15 years of commercial real estate experience and have firsthand experience as brokers, investors and asset managers on behalf of investment clients.
